Promizio is built for two types of businesses: e-commerce brands that ship physical orders and want to use their packaging as a marketing channel, and local or service businesses that want to reach new customers through trusted partner brands. No. Promizio works at any scale. A business shipping 50 parcels a month can still offer meaningful value to a partner whose customers would love their product. What matters most is audience relevance, not size. A highly targeted list of 500 subscribers is often more valuable for cross-promotion than a generic list of 50,000.

Yes — our Starter plan is free forever and includes up to 3 matches per month and access to the basic campaign builder. Paid plans (Growth at €49/month and Pro at €149/month) unlock unlimited matches, full analytics, and priority features. See our pricing page for full details.

Our matching engine looks at your business category, target audience (age, gender, geography), what you can offer a partner, and what you're looking for in return. It then suggests businesses that complement yours — meaning they serve a similar audience but don't compete with your products. The goal is always a win-win: both businesses gain meaningful reach with zero wasted spend.

Never. Promizio is built specifically around non-competing partnerships. We never match two businesses in the same subcategory. A yoga studio will never be matched with another yoga studio — but they might be matched with an organic food brand, a wellness app, or a sustainable clothing brand that serves the same audience.

Yes, especially for e-commerce. If you ship to multiple countries, you can be matched with businesses that serve audiences in those same markets — regardless of where they're based. A Danish e-commerce brand shipping to Sweden can absolutely be matched with a Swedish business whose customers would love Danish products.

No problem — simply decline the suggestion and it won't appear again. Declining a match never affects your profile or your standing on the platform. We use your feedback to improve future suggestions.

This depends on how many businesses are on the platform in your category and market. During our early launch phase, matches are curated manually by the Promizio team to ensure quality. As the platform grows, matches become automated and typically appear within 24–48 hours of completing your profile.

Promizio supports several campaign formats: in-box inserts (physical flyers, samples, or cards in your partner's parcels), email newsletter mentions, social media shoutouts, coupon codes in packaging or emails, in-store promotions, backlinks between websites, and co-branded blog posts or content. You choose what you're comfortable offering and what you'd like in return.

Absolutely. Each campaign is completely independent. You could run an in-box insert campaign with a men's clothing brand while simultaneously running a newsletter campaign with a women's lifestyle brand. Each has its own terms, timeline, and tracking — they don't affect each other.

Yes, always. Both businesses propose their terms independently, Promizio shows the combined proposal to both parties, and both must approve before anything goes live. Neither business can be enrolled in a campaign without explicitly accepting it. If either side wants to change the terms, they can request adjustments before approving.

Each campaign gets unique QR codes and coupon codes that are tracked in real time. Your dashboard shows reach (how many people were exposed to the promotion), redemptions (how many acted on it), and estimated revenue lift. For in-box campaigns, tracking is based on QR scans. For email and social campaigns, tracking is based on link clicks and coupon redemptions.

We take campaign fulfilment seriously. If a partner doesn't deliver on agreed terms, you can report the issue through your dashboard. Businesses with a pattern of non-fulfilment are reviewed and may be suspended from the platform. We're also building a trust and verification system that gives extra visibility to businesses with a strong track record.

The Starter plan is free forever and includes up to 3 matches per month, access to the basic campaign builder, in-box and digital campaign formats, and community support. It's designed for businesses just getting started with cross-promotion. When you're ready to scale, you can upgrade to Growth or Pro at any time.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to the free Starter plan.

Yes. Annual billing gives you approximately 20% off compared to monthly. Growth annually is €470 (vs €588 monthly) and Pro annually is €1,430 (vs €1,788 monthly). Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

No hidden fees. Subscription prices are exactly what you pay. We do offer an optional performance commission model as an alternative to subscriptions — where instead of a monthly fee, you pay 8–12% of revenue tracked through Promizio campaigns. This is entirely optional and suitable for businesses who prefer to pay only on results.

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout where applicable based on your location and business registration status. EU VAT rules apply.

All businesses go through a basic onboarding review before being made available for matching. We also offer a Verified badge for businesses that want to go through additional verification — confirming their business registration, audience claims, and fulfilment history. Verified businesses appear more prominently in match suggestions.

Your business name, category, description, and promotion preferences are visible to potential matches on the platform. Your personal contact details (email, phone) are never shared without your explicit consent. You control what you share directly with a partner once a match is confirmed.

Promizio is fully GDPR compliant. Your data is stored securely in EU-based servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold to third parties. You can request deletion of all your data at any time. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. You can decline any match suggestion and that business will not be shown your profile again. If you have a specific concern about a business on the platform, you can report them through your dashboard and our team will review the case.

No. Promizio is entirely web-based. You access everything through your browser at promizio.com — no downloads, no plugins, no app required. It works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Direct integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms are on our roadmap. For now, campaign tracking works through unique QR codes and coupon codes that you implement manually in your orders or emails. This takes less than 5 minutes to set up per campaign.

Your business profile and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Billing records are retained for 5 years as required by Danish bookkeeping law. Anonymised, aggregated data (with no link to you personally) may be retained for platform analytics.
